Genius.
Cancellations
Cancellations for digital purchases will only be considered if
requested within the same day of placing the order.
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations cannot be
guaranteed once access to the product has been granted.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for cancellations requested within the
same day of purchase.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If you accidentally
purchase a digital product and request a cancellation within the
same day, we'll be happy to issue a full refund.
Important Notes
Since the product is digital, once it's been downloaded or access
has been provided, we cannot offer a refund.
